Peter Martin

Peter Martin is an independent musician working in the north east of England. With a lifelong passion for music, and a love of the sound of the synthesizer, Peter's music draws upon a wide range of influences, many of which are referenced in his music.

From the experimental sounds of early synth pioneers such as Tangerine Dream and Kraftwerk, through to the cinematic soundscapes of Vangelis and Jean-Michel Jarre; the various guises of Brian Eno; the world of synthpop; Mike Oldfield-style blends of instrumentals and vocals, new age/ambient sounds of Enigma and outright dance beats such as Robert Miles. Peter's style is deliberately and openly eclectic.
